Gateshead Old Town Hall Comprehensive repair of the external masonry which formed the final stage of a 1M refurbishment of a key building in the ‘Newcastle Bridges Heritage Regeneration Scheme’ and was the national winner of the 2007 Institute of Municipal Building Maintenance Award.
